Anti Vaping Campaign
Description
As part of my Marketing Media course, my partner and I were challenged to develop an ad campaign for the government of Canada, focused on either vaping or the use of marijuana.
Our task involved analyzing successful government ad campaigns and developing a strategy to create ads that could match the same level of impact. After careful consideration, my partner and I decided to focus our campaign on vaping, as we believed it would be a compelling topic to explore and address in our advertising efforts.
The Plan
Following brainstorming and planning, we decided to leverage the popularity of fruity flavors in vaping, which has led many to choose it over traditional cigarettes.
Our concept was to convey the message that fruit belongs in your stomach, not your lungs. To bring this idea to life, I utilized stock images in Photoshop and created a visual representation of lungs with fruit inside. The final touches involved incorporating text and effects to ensure a cohesive design.
Software
To produce the assets and make necessary edits, we utilized a combination of Photoshop and Illustrator.
